Looks like someone threw away a brand new pink straightjacket in the juckyard, and a ball and chain, it looks like whoever found these two things decide to use them both on Cleo while she wasn't looking, they also grab a red ballgag to keep her quiet also, and now Cleo has become helpless to whoever did this to her, hope Riff Raff and The Catillac Cats can save her.
